How long will it take to receive my chair(s)? In most cases, your chair will be complete and ready to deliver to you in around ten working days. Freight times vary depending on your location. Please contact us on 1300 424 247 for advice on delivery timeframes. Is there a charge for paying by credit card? We accept Mastercard and Visa and to cover our costs we charge a fee of 2.5% (plus gst) of the total of your invoice. Can I choose my own fabric? Yes. The fabric choices on our chairs are practically limitless. As our chairs are made to order, you can choose from the hundreds of fabrics available from our fabric suppliers, or even use your own fabric. We are able to provide eco-friendly, GECA certified fabrics as well as leather and vinyl. Can I try a chair before I buy it? Yes, most certainly. We encourage you to try one of our chairs in your home or office for a few days to see if it suits your needs. This is the best way to identify any potential problems with the chair or any special preferences. We are happy to advise you on the best chair for you, depending on your height, weight and particular requirements. We charge $30.00 for the use of a trial chair, however if you should decide to purchase a chair from us, we will deduct this amount.
